Affiliates should be aware of the following term:

“For Affiliates on Revenue Share Commission, we reserve the right to, without prior notice, transfer a Player to an Xcode on our Percentage Volume Commission structure should that Player’s volume comprise of at least 51% of your total generated volume over either of the prior two one-week periods OR, should we deem a Player’s wagering behavior to cause significant risk of an unrecoverable negative commission payment to you, the Affiliate.”

Pinnacle Sports are a very strong contender for best online sportsbook from a player perspective. Their casino product leaves quite a bit to be desired and clearly is not the main focus of this operation.

For affiliates however, the Pinnacle Sports Affiliate program has several significant drawbacks.

In our opinion the turnover based revenue model that all affiliates have to start on for the first 3 months is a significantly weaker choice than the standard Revenue Share model that you can opt into later. Also, the policy of rolling over negative balances to offset them against future earnings is an unattractive policy. Where programs enforce Negative Carryover policies, if your players have a win large enough to create a significant negative balance for you, this creates a situation where you no longer have any incentive to carry on marketing the program’s brands. This leads to a short-term mind set to working relationship between the affiliate and the program.

The above isn’t concerning enough that we have any reason to discourage affiliates from working with this program. You simply have to decide whether this payment structure will work for your business model.

With today's challenging economic market many sports facilities find themselves in a new environment. This new environment can cause existing businesses to experience:
